The McCormick Elementary School
in Baltimore, Maryland hosted the official event and greetings
were from the Maryland State Education Association and National Education Association President Dennis Van Roekel. Principal Lindsay led students in an Earth Day Pledge and thanked special guest Maria Snyder announcing a
donation of the book sets for each classroom.
