THE NATIONAL EDUCATION ASSOCIATION’S READ ACROSS AMERICA WITH THE LORAX AND ECO BOYS AND GIRLS CELEBRATE THE EARTH

The National Education Association’s READ ACROSS AMERICA promotes “STUDENT EARTH DAY” with a reading from Dr. Seuss’s LORAX and a reading from Maria Snyder’s ECO BOYS AND GIRLS BOOKS.

The McCormick Elementary School in Baltimore, Maryland hosted the official event and greetings were from the Maryland State Education Association and National Education Association President Dennis Van Roekel. Principal Lindsay led students in an Earth Day Pledge and thanked special guest Maria Snyder announcing a donation of the book sets for each classroom.

ECO BOYS AND GIRLS® BOOKS promote environmental  awareness and interconnectedness for Pre-Kindergarten to 3rd grade and are printed on 100% PCW (post consumer waste) paper with 100% soy ink.
